MINOR HOCKEY - HELP HAITI NIGHT

Doing what we can to help those in need on Thursday night, 630pm.The Dartmouth SUBWAY Major Midgets will be hosting a Minor Hockey Night on Thursday night. The 6:30pm game at the Dartmouth Sportsplex will feature the South Shore Mustangs going up against the Dartmouth SUBWAYs. The SUBWAY Hockey Club is on a roll of late and are undefeated in the New Year with a 6-0 record scoring 39 goals for while allowing only 7 against. The South Shore Mustangs are a tenacious team that will be out to gain some momentum of their own going into the post-season.
All MINOR HOCKEY PLAYERS, THEIR PARENTS, AND COACHES WILL BE ADMITTED FREE OF CHARGE! Just check in at the gate, let us know what association you are from and enjoy the game.
Given the recent tragedy experienced in Haiti, we will be encouraging and accepting donations from all to assist the Canadian Red Cross in their support and recovery efforts in Haiti. The Dartmouth SUBWAY Hockey Club will donate their portion of the 50-50 ticket sales to the 'Help Haiti' fund and will match that amount from the Jeff Smith Memorial Fund.
"This is a great chance for our team, along with the support of the local Minor Hockey community, to assist those in need. The people of Haiti are dealing with something unimaginable and it is important that we do our share to help. Giving support while enjoying the game of hockey with family is a great way to do so."
