TEAM takes two wins in hostile territory over CBW for series win. Dates of Semis confirmed!

After a split in the opening two games of the series at the Dartmouth Sportsplex, the SUBWAYs travelled into Port Hood mentally prepared for a tough battle and walked away with two character wins against the CB West Islanders. The SUBWAYs barbecued the Islanders by scores of 5-0 and 3-1 to take the best of five series in four games.

"We are winning with a full team effort and various players continue to step up and take charge. The guys believe in the system and each other. To do what we have done lately with key guys missing from the line-up is a testament to the players commitment and the fact that they have all been given the chance to play in all situations throughout the year! It was an awesome and tough weekend and we are very proud of our group." (Crossley)

The SUBWAYs will now prepare to take on Cole Harbour in the NSMMHL Semi-Finals starting this coming weekend.
